CALGARY, AB – Wild Rose Brewery will be releasing the third annual edition of their award-winning Wild Rose Barley Wine on January 8th, 2010. This year’s vintage was brewed in January 2009 and aged for 12 months before bottling.
As is traditional for the seasonal releases from Wild Rose, the beer will be launched with a party at the Wild Rose Taproom starting at 4:00 PM on January 8th, where a cask of the Barley Wine will be tapped along with a second surprise cask. The Barley Wine will also be available in the brewery’s distinctive swing-top bottles.
This is good news! I will have to keep an eye out for it.
