TORONTO, ON – The finalists have been announced for the 17 categories in the 2010 Canadian Food Blog Awards, including the following nods in the “Best Beer Blog” category:
St. John’s Wort has also made the list of finalists in three other categories, including “Best Writing”, “Best New Blog”, and “Best Individual Post”, the latter for a post from July entitled “The Wreck of the Okanagan Springs Brewery“.
Judging panels will be picking the winners from the five finalists in each category starting on January 1st, and the winners will be announced on January 31st.
As one of the five finalists (not sure how, but thanks, I’m honoured!) I’d like to give my support to the other four blogs. They are generally outstanding, and deserve recognition. I particularly enjoy St. John’s Wort’s wit, and McLeod’s knowledge. I’m pleased to be in such excellent company.
