HALIFAX, NS – Garrison Brewing has announced an agreement with craft beer specialty agents DeLancey Direct that will see their beer available in Western Canada for the first time.
The first shipment in the deal has been sent to Alberta, where Garrison’s popular Mixed 6 package of six different beers, as well as individual brands including Imperial IPA and Hopyard Pale Ale, will be available at up to 100 stores across the province.
In addition, since the warehouses in Alberta are also able to supply stores in other western provinces and the territories, the deal represents opportunity for further growth, with Manitoba already on board to receive a shipment as early as next week.
This expansion comes just as the latest shipment of Garrison beer has reached Ontario via the LCBO‘s private ordering system. According to Bar Towel Specialty Beer Imports, Garrison’s representative in the province, there are plans to bring even more Garrison products to Ontario this year.
