Red Truck Releases Limited Edition Belgian Pale Ale

VANCOUVER, BCScout Magazine reports that Red Truck Brewing has released their latest limited edition brew, Red Truck Belgian Pale Ale:

The 5.8% light amber Pale Ale is a Belgian draft interpretation of an english pale ale. Also known as “speciales belges”, it is one of the few styles of beer in Belgium typically served as draft only. The character has an emphasis on the fruit and spice aroma with less bitterness.

Hints of light caramel, pear and apple with a subdued hop character make this a great pairing with roasted lamb, chicken and pork. It is especially nice with grilled seafoods or creamy cheeses such as brie and camembert.

Red Truck Belgian Pale Ale is a draught-only release, and is on tap now at a number of bars and restaurants in the Vancouver area.
