ALDERGROVE, BC – Dead Frog Brewery has announced that it will be featured on an upcoming episode of The Big Decision, a new CBC program starring Arlene Dickinson and Jim Treliving from Dragons’ Den as they give advice – and possibly a cash investment – to small businesses across the country.
According to Dead Frog founder and CEO Derrick Smith (pictured above), the brewery has “got an innovative brand and brews that are premium quality but we struggle to find the resources to compete with the big boys.” This led him to participate in the program, in which Treliving is called upon for his expertise, and to put the brewery under in-depth scrutiny to establish if it’s worth his time and money to invest in its future.
The episode of The Big Decision featuring Dead Frog Brewery will air next Monday March 26th at 9:00 PM local time (9:30 in Newfoundland) on CBC Television. It will also be available for viewing online after broadcast.
