VANCOUVER, BC – Red Truck Beer has announced the release of Summer Rye Ale, the latest in the occasional series of seasonal beers and one-offs from the small Vancouver brewery.
Owner and brewer Dave Varga calls the beer an English Rye Ale, and provides the following description:
We brewed this with a generous portion of rye malt to give a spicier character you typically don’t get from barley malt. Aged a little longer to mellow out the hop character, this beer is stupidly drinkable… very deceptive and very addictive!
Red Truck Summer Rye Ale will be available at better beer bars and pubs in Vancouver and area while supplies last.
