Great Canadian Homebrew Conference 2012 Taking Place This Weekend

TORONTO, ON – The 2012 edition of the annual Great Canadian Homebrew Conference will be taking place this weekend in Toronto.

Presented as always by the Canadian Amateur Brewers Association, the conference is happening Saturday July 21st from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Rhino Bar and Grill (1249 Queen St. W.). The day will start with a presentation and tasting from Bellwoods Brewery, followed by a Mexican-style lunch with beer pairings, and a technical session led by Mitch Lagoy of New York’s Rohrbach Brewing. Awards will for the recent Great Canadian Homebrew competition will then be handed out, and the day will wrap up with homebrew tastings and other surprises.

Tickets to the GCHC are $55 for CABA members and $65 for non-members, and can be booked online via the CABA website.
