CASSELMAN, ON – A month after it opened with a single flagship beer, Cassel Brewery has announced the addition of a second beer to its line-up.
White Fog Wheat Ale went on sale in growlers at the brewery this past weekend, and is described as “a slight offstyle version of a Belgian Witbier” brewed using Canadian wheat and 2-row barley, East Kent Golding & Czech Saaz hops, coriander and orange peel.
White Fog joins the previously available Golden Rails Honey Brown Ale in the Cassel portfolio, and the pair will expand to a trio in September with the launch of Lil’ Red Steamer Amber Ale.
