KELOWNA, BC – Tree Brewing has announced the release of Red Wood Wine Barrel Aged Ale, a limited edition ale brewed to celebrate the Fall wine harvest in the Okanagan.
Oak barrel aged for over 100 days in Burgundy wine barrels, the beer is a light-bodied Ale pouring copper red in color with a golden hue. Displays mellow aromas of vanilla and light toffee combined with some red wine notes. Smooth tasting with a mild hop flavor balanced with layered flavors of hazelnut, toasted oak and red fruit. The finish is clean and dry.
Tree Red Wood is available exclusively at the Tree retail store, where it will sell for $14.95 per 750 ml bottle while supplies last.
