Vancouver Island Brewery Brings Back Dough Head Gingerbread Ale

VICTORIA, BC – Vancouver Island Brewery has announced the return of a popular holiday seasonal beer, and has bumped it up from the draught-only release it was last year to a bottled release.

Dough Head Gingerbread Ale is the second instalment in VIB’s Brewer’s Batch series of limited edition beers being released in 650 ml bombers. It’s described as follows:

Mix and pat, and bake in a pan, get this gingerbread ale while you can. Dough Head mixes the best of brewing and baking to create a beer with a touch of spice that is balanced with a malty sweetness. So instead of a trail of breadcrumbs through the dark forest, follow this delicious treat for a pint of perfection!

Dough Head Gingerbread Ale is available now at the VIB retail store and select liquor retailers in BC.
