SURREY, BC – Following quickly on last week’s release announcement for new holiday beer Naughty & Spiced Porter, Russell Brewing has revealed details of another limited edition brew that is hitting shelves this week.
Hop Therapy Double IPA is the latest release in the Russell Brewmaster Series of limited run beers, and is described by brewmaster Jack Bensley as follows:
As a beer style, the Double IPA is designed to showcase the hops. We’ve used a massive amount of hops including American Amarillo, Cascade and Columbus. We had six hop additions in the brew kettle and two rounds of dry hopping to finish. At 100 IBUs, this beer is dry, strong and bitter. We hope everyone enjoys its clean bitterness, refreshing aroma and big hop flavour.
Russell Hop Therapy Double IPA is available now in 650 ml bottles at select private liquor stores in British Columbia.
