Beau’s Brings Lug Tread to The Beer Store in Unique Wooden 12-Pack

VANKLEEK HILL, ONBeau’s All-Natural Brewing has announced that flagship brand Lug Tread Lagered Ale will be made available at select locations of Ontario’s The Beer Store (TBS) chain for the first time – although not in a typical retail format.

Rather than being sold in single bottles or a standard cardboard case, Lug Tread will be available at TBS in hand-crafted pinewood crates that are made near the brewery in Vankleek Hill.

Each crate holds 12 x 600 ml bottles of Lug Tread, and is designed to repurposed for storage once empty. Most notably, the crates will hold 12″ vinyl LPs, making them ideal for those who miss the days when milk crates were the right size to serve that purpose.

The Beau’s Lug Tread 12-pack will retail for $75, and will be available starting this week at five TBS locations:

OTTAWA – 1546 Scott St.
NEPEAN – 3500 Fallowfield Rd.
KANATA – 499 Terry Fox
TORONTO SUMMERHILL – 10Price St.
TORONTO LIBERTY VILLAGE – 120 Lynn Williams St.

Empty crates can be returned for a $30 credit in person at the Beau’s brewery store, or by arranging a pick-up via the BYBO delivery service in Ottawa and area.
