Forked River Brewing Releasing Ridunkelous Dunkel Weisse This Weekend

LONDON, ON – After a few weeks of concentrating on brewing and selling flagship brands Capital Blonde Ale and Riptide Rye Pale Ale, Forked River Brewing will be releasing its first limited run beer this coming weekend.

Ridunkelous Dunkel Weisse is described as follows:

This dunkelweizen, brewed with a traditional Bavarian yeast carefully cultured at Forked River’s in-house laboratory, provides a spectrum of flavours and aromas. A balance of clove and banana is complemented with a rich barley malt character and a slight caramel note. Don’t be worried though, the finish is crisp and refreshing- not sweet. The noble hops used are barely perceptible, allowing the magic performed by the yeast and the exclusively German malt bill to shine. A complex and refreshing wheat-based ale, ready for those summer nights on the patio.

Ridunkelous Dunkel Weisse will be available in 500 ml bottles at the Forked River retail store, and on tap at select bars and restaurants in the London area, while supplies last.
