ALDERGROVE, BC – Two years after the untimely passing of Vancouver beer educator, writer and radio host Colin Jack, Dead Frog Brewery has released a new beer that honours his legacy.
Antidisestablishmentarianism Amber Ale is described as follows:
A smooth amber ale enhanced with rum soaked oak. This unfiltered, malt forward amber ale has a slightly sweet finish with a hint of fruit & spices from rum barrel twists soaked in Barbados rum. Colin loved beer and Caribbean rum, so we thought it would be a good idea to combine the two in his first memorial brew.
Antidisestablishmentarianism Amber Ale is available now in 650 ml bottles at select private beer and liquor stores in BC. $4 per bottle sold will go to the Colin Jack Scholarship Fund, a fund established in honour of Jack’s day job as a high school teacher, to help deserving students achieve their post-secondary education goals.
