GUELPH, ON – Wellington Brewery has announced a unique spin on a classic German beer style as the latest release in the Welly One-Off Series of limited edition beers.
Bike Ryed Summer Kölsch is described as follows:
Bike Ryed Summer Kolsch is our homage to the dog days of summer. We’ve brewed a refreshing summer beer, our take on a traditional German Kölsch style with rye malt added for a dry and spicy finish.
Bike Ryed will be debuted at the Roundhouse Craft Beer Festival taking place in Toronto this weekend. It will also be available in a limited run of 473 ml cans to be sold exclusively at the Wellington retail store in Guelph, and will show up on tap at select bars and restaurants in Ontario throughout the month of August.
