GUELPH, ON – Wellington Brewery has announced details of the next two installments in the Welly One-Off Series of limited edition beers.
Shadowplay Schwarzbier will be released on Saturday September 17th, and is described as “a black lager with the appearance of a stout or porter but with a light and crisp lager body.”
It will be followed by Pumpkin Saison – “We’ve taken a Belgian style Saison and added loads of locally sourced pumpkin for a unique twist on a fall beer” – which will be launched on Saturday September 21st at the 28th annual edition of the Wellington Realist Party. This customer appreciation event will run from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM at the brewery (950 Woodlawn Rd. W., Guelph) and will feature a selection of exclusive cask ales and one-offs, BBQ food, brewery tours and more.
Both beers will be available exclusively at the Wellington retail store, and in select bars and restaurants in Southern Ontario. For more details, see the Welly One-Off Page on the Wellington website.
