EDMONTON, AB – Alley Kat Brewing has announced the upcoming release of Maroon Dragon, the latest in its Dragon Series of limited edition single hop Double IPAs.
Brewed to 7.5% abv and 75+ IBUs, Maroon Dragon was made using Centennial hops. It will be released on Tuesday October 1st in a limited run of 650 ml bottles that will be available at the Alley Kat brewery store and select liquor stores and bars in Alberta.
A dual launch party for Maroon Dragon and Pumpkin Pie Spiced Ale will take place at the brewery on Thursday October 3rd from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, featuring beer samples, snacks and brewery tours.
