TORONTO, ON – Beer Academy has announced details of a new limited edition release that will be debuting later this week.
Beer Academy Belgian Tripel is strong golden ale that is described as follows:
Tripel is mesmerizing from the top down – starting with a large pitch white foam that is tight and focused – the beer is bright sunset with a gentle haze throughout. Although it may not look potent, big spice and apricot shows up easily on the nose, while the palate is filled with candied yams, yellow plums, honeycomb, slight alcohol and a distinctive Belgian spice sensation. The mouthfeel is full and wide showing complexity as the beer warms. 9.3% abv brings with it plenty of character and a full body, but ends with a welcoming sweet and clean finish.
Belgian Tripel will be unveiled this Thursday November 7th at Beer Academy, where it will be available on draught to sample in the taproom, and in 625 ml bottles for take-home sales.
