TORONTO, ON – Black Oak Brewing has announced the release of this year’s edition of a customary winter seasonal, and as promised early this year, it will be available at the LCBO for the first time.
Black Oak Nutcracker Porter is a spiced ale that checks in at 5.8% abv and is described as follows:
Festive and fortifying for the winter holiday season, it’s a porter that has been spiced with cinnamon. Perfectly balanced roasty malt with subtle hops delivers character and flavour. Dark ebony colour, enticing hoppy aroma with hints of figgy pudding, mild carbonation leads to a distinctive taste in a full bodied beer.
Nutcracker is available now in 650 ml bottles at the Black Oak retail store, and will be on shelves at select LCBO locations throughout Ontario soon. It will also be found on draught at a number of craft beer friendly establishments in Toronto and Southern Ontario.
