SALT SPRING ISLAND, BC – Salt Spring Island Ales has announced the return of a strong stout brewed especially for one of British Columbia’s top private liquor retailers.
Crème Brûlée Vanilla Stout is an 8% abv flavoured stout created especially for the Liquor Plus chain of stores. Originally released last March, it’s now back in another limited batch just in time for holiday celebrations, and is described as follows:
Murray Hunter, BrewMaster at Salt Spring Ales has crafted a Creme Brulee Imperial Milk Stout that is truly out of this world great! Using organic Madagascar vanilla beans and organic malts he has crafted a world class brew that is both sensual and fulfilling. Aromas of vanilla, chocolate, hints of roasted dark coffee encircle one’s soul. The palate is a languid mouthful of toasty vanilla caramel balanced with dark roasted malty goodness. One will not be enough.
Crème Brûlée Vanilla Stout is available now while supplies last at all six Liquor Plus locations, as well as the Salt Spring Island tasting room and retail store.
