FORESTERS FALLS, ON – Whitewater Brewing has announced the release of a new porter as its first winter seasonal.
Jack Frost’s Demise is a strong porter flavoured with chocolate and wintergreen that is described in this excerpt from a festive poem recently posted on the Whitewater Facebook page:
Hard to be seen, on the snow covered ground,
Is a foraged wintergreen, far less than a pound.
Combined with chocolate and craft
This beer isn’t for the daft.
A seven percent porter, if you drive, be wise…
But more to the point, we name it, “Jack Frost’s Demise”.
