COBOURG, ON – After a false start last week, Northumberland Hills Brewery is now on target to open this weekend in Cobourg, Ontario.
Founded by homebrewer – and “legend in his own mind” – Rick Bailey, Northumberland Hills will be launching with two beers, Hoppy-Go-Lucky IPA and Long Weekend Lager. Future additions to the line-up will include Cold Springs Pale Ale and Honey Badger Wheat Ale.
The Northumberland Hills retail store will be open tomorrow (August 9th) from 12:00 noon to 6:00 PM for bottle sales. Future retail hours will be announced on Facebook when confirmed.
