WATERLOO, ON – Wilfrid Laurier University student newspaper The Cord reports that a new brewpub is set to open in soon in uptown Waterloo.

Abe Erb Brewing – named after Waterloo founder Abraham Erb – is being launched later this month by local brothers Tony and Rob Theodosiou.

Located at 15 King Street South, in the vicinity of the WLU and University of Waterloo campuses, the brewery and restaurant will feature several house-brewed beer brands – including one poured on a tap running straight from the brewhouse – along with a full food menu and live entertainment nightly.

For more details on Abe Erb and its impending opening, see the brewpub’s Facebook page and Twitter feed.
