R&B Chef Series Continues with Burnt Citrus Fruit Black ESB

VANCOUVER, BCR&B Brewing has announced details of the third release in the R&B Chef Series, a set of limited edition beers developed together with some of Vancouver’s top chefs, each designed to pair with a signature dish from the respective collaborator.

Burnt Citrus Fruit is a 5% abv black ESB created in collaboration with Robert Belcham, head chef and co-owner of Campagnolo, and described as follows:

This mild hopped Extra Special Bitter is ripe with citrus notes brought out with the use of Galaxy hops and the addition of burnt oranges, grapefruits and lemons. It is then filtered through 30 pounds of charcoaled pork bones.

Burnt Citrus Fruit will be officially released on February 6th, and will be available in 650 ml bottles at Campagnolo and select private liquor stores in Vancouver while supplies last.
