OTTAWA, ON – The Ontario Beer Network reports that a new Ottawa brewery will be debuting its first beer tomorrow (February 20th) at a local pub.
Founded by partners Marc-André Chainey and Eli Dagher, Waller St. Brewing is launching with Speakeasy Red, a 4.4% abv and 30 IBU beer described as a “Belgian American Red Rye Session IPA”.
The initial batch of Speakeasy Red will be on tap exclusively at the Lunenberg Pub & Bar in Ottawa. Wider distribution of Waller St. beers – including Moonlight Porter and Bootleg Blonde – and the public opening of the brewery and tasting room & retail store at 14 Waller St. will follow later this year.
