FORT SASKATCHEWAN, AB – Prairie beer blog On Beer reports that Two Sergeants Brewing will soon be launching as a contract brewing operation in advance of opening a full-scale brewery in Fort Saskatchewan, a small Alberta city northeast of Edmonton, later this year.

Partners Kevin Moore and Keith Edwards recently brewed a batch of their flagship Bangalore Torpedo IPA at Calgary’s Tool Shed Brewing, with plans to have it available in time for appearances at the Calgary International Beerfest in May and the Edmonton Craft Beer Festival in June.

This move will allow Two Sergeants to build up brand recognition through the spring and summer, while construction proceeds on the brewery and tasting room in Fort Saskatchewan.
