LA BIERE WEEK
various locations in Montreal, QC
Some would argue that the number of events taking place at bars and breweries in Montreal during Mondial de la Bière each June has turned that festival into a de facto “beer week” for the city, but La Biere Week is the first event to officially take on the mantle of “Montreal Beer Week”. Details are still a bit sketchy at this point, but the website lists a dozen venues that will presumably be offering specials or events of some sort. Following along on Facebook or Twitter will probably be the best way to keep up with what’s happening throughout the week.

This is the latest in a (usually) weekly series of posts here on Canadian Beer News listing beer festivals and events for the coming week (Friday through Thursday) with a bit more detail than what is featured on our popular Beer Festival Calendar page. Watch for a new installment to be posted here each Thursday – assuming there are any events scheduled for the week ahead, of course.
