FREDERICTON, NBPicaroons Traditional Ales has announced details of a new limited draught-only beer that will be released later this week.

Selection Blonde is a 4.5% beer described as a “smooth Blonde Ale that’s been dry-hopped with a plethora of aromatic Cascade hops.”

It follows last fall’s release of the similarly limited Selection Double IPA, with both having names and logos that appear to poke fun at the Selection Lager and Selection Light private label brands that the ANBL launched in 2009 and scrapped two years later after they proved to be unpopular.

Picaroons Selection Blonde will be available starting tomorrow (May 21st) for growler fills at the Picaroons Brewtique in Fredericton, and on growler stations at ANBL stores, while supplies last.
