Forbidden Brewing Now Open in BC’s Comox Valley

COURTENAY, BCThe Comox Valley Echo reports that the region’s newest – and smallest – brewery has opened in The Westerly Hotel in Courtenay, BC.

Forbidden Brewing – a nano-brewery founded by a group of partners including Michael Vincent, Aaron Bible, Nicholas Williams, Natasha Richardson, and musician Sarah Neufeld – opened its doors in mid-July, and is offering a Pale Ale and IPA.

The Forbidden Brewing tasting room is open Fridays from 4:00 to 10:00 PM, Saturdays from 12:00 noon to 10:00 PM, and Sundays from 12:00 noon to 8:00 PM. Beer sales are currently limited to by-the-glass, but growler sales are planned to be added in the future.
