VICTORIA, BC – The Moon Under Water Brewery & Pub has announced the release of the latest in its occasional series of limited edition sour ales.
Goldamsel is a 4.5% abv sour weissbier that has been aged in American oak barrels with peaches and apricots. It’s described as being “golden in colour with a rich aroma of stonefruit,” and “strongly acidic while still remaining light and refreshing.”
Goldamsel was released last week in a limited run of 500 ml bottles available at the Moon Under Water retail shop, as well as select private liquor retailers in Victoria and Vancouver.
