TORONTO, ONOntario Beer Network reports that a new contract brewing operation focused on “local music & local beer” will be launching in Toronto next month.

Rhythm & Brews has been founded by homebrewer, BJCP judge, and music fan Andrew Byer, who says that the company “combines the devotion to quality craft beer with the sentiment of supporting Toronto’s music industry.”

Brewing at the Rainhard Brewing facility in Toronto’s west end, Rhythm & Brews will be launching on January 30th with Vinyl Tap, a Vienna-style lager with notes of citrus and black pepper.
