TORONTO, ON – A new beer brand focused on “combining the devotion to quality craft beer with the sentiment of supporting Toronto’s music industry” will be launching its first beer this weekend.

Rhythm & Brews has been cofounded Andrew Byer and Kyle Smith, the former a BJCP judge and homebrewer, the latter an engineer and brewer with four years of experience at Cameron’s Brewing.

Rhythm & Brews is producing their beer at the Rainhard Brewing facility in Toronto’s west end, and will holding a launch party there tomorrow (January 30th) for Vinyl Tap, a Vienna-style lager with notes of citrus and black pepper. In addition to $5 pints of the new beer, the event will feature a live performance by Ayerhart Roofing Co. and food by Crown & Anchor.
