Rhine Stone Cowboy is an ale that wants to be a lager. We used a special Kölsch ale yeast fermented at lager temperatures and left it to mature for months. It is light and delicate with a subtle fruity character.
Big Rock Rhine Stone Cowboy is available now in 6-, 12- and 24-packs of bottles at Beer Store locations throughout Ontario.
