SURREY, BC – Central City Brewers + Distillers has announced details of a “lighter, sessionable, hop-forward IPA” that is being added to is core Red Racer brand line-up.
Red Racer Super Stellar IPA is a 6% abv and 68 IBU ale that was originally featured in the 2015 edition of the Craft Crossing holiday mixed pack released in collaboration with Parallel 49 Brewing. Now back on a full-time basis, it has the following description:
The more sessionable yet still hop-forward beer is lighter than Central City’s most award-winning Red Racer IPA, offering beer fans something different but stays true to their mandate of only brewing balanced beers that use the best ingredients available. Red Racer Super Stellar IPA is made from citra and mosaic hops with spicy, citrus notes and an intense aroma that defies gravity itself.
Super Stellar IPA will be officially launched next Tuesday, April 5th with a tasting event running from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre in Vancouver. It will be available in 473 ml cans in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and on draught at select bars and pubs in the same provinces.
