VICTORIA, BC – Phillips Brewing has announced the release of a dry hopped oat pale ale as its newest seasonal brand.
Space Goat is a 6.2% abv ale with the following description:
This adventurous brew is an oat pale ale that is generously dry-hopped, infusing tropical and citrus hop notes with a deep, silky oat ale texture. Pouring a golden straw colour, the nose is full of fresh papaya and guava. A round graininess is softened with a silky mouth feel provided by the oats, with subtle sweetness balanced against a wonderful tropical hop background.
Sky High will be on sale for a limited time at select private liquor stores in BC. It will also be available to sample on draught during a launch event at the Phillips brewery this Thursday April 7th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.
