OAKVILLE, ON – All or Nothing Brewhouse announced this morning that it has purchased Trafalgar Ales & Meads as well as sibling companies Trafalgar Artisanal Distillery and Black Creek Historic Brewery, a move that will allow it to move from a contact brewing operation to a bricks and mortar brewery this summer.

According to the press release, All or Nothing plans to make “significant capital investments into the existing Oakville location through the installation of a state-of-the-art automated canning line as well as additional fermentation tanks to expand production capacity.”

All or Nothing co-founder Jeff Dornan confirmed to CBN that the brewery and distillery will continue to operate under the Trafalgar name producing the same brand portfolio, and there will be no changes to staffing. Once the new equipment noted above has been installed, production of All or Nothing Hopfenweisse will be moved to the Trafalgar facility.
