HALIFAX, NS – Propeller Brewing has announced that it is now offering one of its core brands in the increasingly popular tall can format, with plans to add more soon.
473 ml cans of Propeller IPA have started coming off the new canning line at Propeller’s Dartmouth facility, and are available in the retail stores at the brewery’s Halifax and Dartmouth locations.
“We wanted to move into canning for years, but until we moved production to our second location, we didn’t have an inch to spare,” said Propeller founder John Allen in a statement. “Once the facility was up and running, we watched to see whether the market was ready to embrace cans. We have no doubt, they are.”
Additional brands are planned to be canned, and distribution to NSLC and private liquor stores in Nova Scotia will follow soon.
