The first of these to be released is Omnipollo Zodiak, Omnipollo’s “house IPA” which has previously been brewed at a number of locations in various countries. The 6.2% ale is described as featuring “a blend of grains, untouched post fermentation and aspiringly hopped with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic.”

Zodiak will be going on tap on Wednesday October 19th at the following locations in Ontario:

  • Bar Hop, Toronto
  • beerbistro, Toronto
  • Beertown, Cambridge
  • Beertown, London
  • Beertown, Waterloo
  • The Craft Brasserie, Toronto
  • Duke’s Refresher Pub, Toronto
  • Get Well, Toronto
  • Good Fortune, Toronto
  • Loose Moose, Toronto
  • Milos’ Beer Emporium, London
  • Red House, Kingston
  • Sociable Kitchen & Tavern, Brantford
  • Winking Judge, Hamilton

The second beer brewed during Fentie’s visit – Prodromus Deep Fried Graham Cracker Chocolate Chunk Caramel Bar Imperial Stout – will be released on a later date to be announced.
