BURNABY, BC – Dageraad Brewing has announced details of the first in a new series of limited edition barrel-aged beers that will be released later this month.
Entropy Series No.1 is the first barrel-aged beer from Dageraad, and a gold medal winner at last week’s BC Beer Awards. It’s briefly described as follows:
The good folks at Deep Cove Brewers and Distillers gave us a pear brandy barrel, so we filled it up with our Blonde. We blended it with fresh Blonde to bring back some hop aroma and mellow the oakiness, and bottle-conditioned it in 750ml bottles.
Entropy Series No.1 will be released exclusively at the Dageraad tasting room and retail store on Sunday October 30th, selling for $12 per bottle. Due to the limited supply, in-person reservations are being taken at the tasting room for the first 25 cases, with a limit of 2 bottles per person.
