VICTORIA, BC – Phillips Brewing has announced the return of a seasonal brand that offers a lighter-than-usual option for holiday and winter enjoyment.
Scarfface Cranberry Orange Wit was originally released last fall in 650 ml bomber bottles, and is now back in the more convenient 473 ml can format. The 5% abv flavoured wheat ale has the following description:
Snow-packed with enough cranberry and citrus to make a bad guy feel good, this brew is a welcome break from the heavy winter ales. Pouring a soft melon orange colour with a pillow white head, aromas of fresh oranges and fruity esters lead to a sweet orange wheat body, that finishes with a crisp cranberry tartness.
Scarfface will be available until the spring at select private liquor stores in BC. It will also be pouring on draught during a launch event at the Phillips brewery this Thursday November 3rd from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.
