TORONTO, ON – Rainhard Brewing has announced the release of the second beer in its Revolution Series, an imprint for the brewery to release “premium one-offs and experimentations.”
Rage & Love is a 5.5% abv and 35 IBU dry-hopped sour ale described as follows:
Dry hopped with Galaxy and Citra, and soured with a culture of 7 different Lactobacillus strains. The end result is a tart lemon acidity with stone fruit flavour and a citrus aroma that is almost lemonade-like.
Rage & Love will be released in the Rainhard bottle shop on Thursday November 3rd at 2:00 PM in a limited run of 700 x 500 ml bottles.
