GUELPH, ON – Wellington Brewery has announced details for this year’s edition of DecemBEER, a series of limited edition and one-off beers to be released each Friday in the weeks leading up to Christmas.
Now in its fourth year, the 2016 series will feature the following four beers:
Friday November 25th – Kentucky Cow Bourbon Barrel-Aged Chocolate Milk Stout
A special bourbon barrel-aged edition of Wellington’s Chocolate Milk Stout, selling for $10.95 per 750 ml bottle at the brewery and select LCBO locations.
Friday December 2nd – Yuletide Barley Wine
2015 vintage of this English/American hybrid style barley wine that has been aged for a year before release. Available exclusively at the brewery for $10.95 per 750 ml bottle.
Friday December 9th – Surprise Growler Release
A surprise beer available only in growlers at the brewery, with 1.89 L growler fills for $12.95.
Friday December 16th – Queen of Craft Release
A beer created in collaboration with the Queen of Craft series of womens’ beer events, with $1 from each bottle sold ($9.95 per 750 ml) to be donated to Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis.
