9 Mile Legacy Brewing Opening New Location in Saskatoon This Week

SASKATOON, SK – On Beer reports that Saskatoon’s 9 Mile Legacy Brewing is getting set to reopen in a new and larger location later this week.

Named after the fact that the families of owners Shawn Moen and Garrett Pederson once owned farms nine miles apart near Swift Current, the brewery was launched in early 2015 in a business incubator space near the Saskatoon Farmers’ Market. That space closed at the end of 2016 to prepare for the move and expansion.

The new facility at 220 20th St. W. features a new 5-barrel brewhouse, alongside the original 1-barrel brewhouse that has been moved over from the old location, as well as an expanded taproom pouring pints, samples and growlers, and a merchandise shop.

The new home of 9 Mill Legacy will be opening on Friday March 10th. For more details, see the brewery’s website and Facebook page.
