Beau’s Seasonal Gruit Series Continues with Return of Buenos Dias

VANKLEEK HILL, ONBeau’s All Natural Brewing has announced details of the next in its ongoing series of seasonal gruits, an ancient style of herbal beer that the brewery has been instrumental in reviving in recent years.

The latest release sees the return of Buenos Dias, a gruit brewed with citrus and sea salt that was originally available last summer. The 4.5% abv ale is described as follows:

Buenos Dias is brewed with organic lime juice, organic orange and lime peel, and a touch of sea salt. A Belgian wit yeast complements the citrus and adds subtle coriander undercurrents. Buenos Dias pours slightly hazy mild yellow with white foam – its zippy lime flavour is accented by a wicking salt edge in the mouthfeel. The finish is quick, clean and dry.

Buenos Dias will be available in bottles starting April 13th at the Beau’s retail store and BYBO delivery service, at LCBO locations in Ontario and select beer retailers in Quebec, as well as on tap in both provinces. Distribution elsewhere in Canada will follow in early May, with bottles in British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba, and draught in all provinces where Beau’s distributes.
