PORT MOODY, BC – Moody Ales has announced the return of a collaboration with a local homebrewer that was originally available a couple of years ago as a limited ed.
Intrepid Lemon Matcha Saison is a 6.9% abv farmhouse ale based on a recipe created by Steve Sheldon of the Tri-Cities Brew Club, and described as follows:
A traditional Belgian farmhouse ale, our Intrepid Lemon Matcha Saison receives a dose of organic lemon matcha tea near the end of fermentation. The tea complements the citrusy, earthy flavours and aromas from the saison. Brewed for spring weather, our Intrepid Lemon Matcha Saison is bright and refreshing for sunny spring days, with enough body to keep you warm on the wet ones.
Intrepid Lemon Matcha Saison is available now in the Moody Ales tasting lounge and patio, on tap at select craft beer bars, and in 650 ml bottles at BC Liquor Stores and private liquor stores throughout British Columbia.
