Beau’s Farm Table Series Continues with Return of Patersbier

VANKLEEK HILL, ONBeau’s All Natural Brewing has announced a returning release in the Farm Table Series, which features “sessionable beers inspired by tradition and brewed true to a classic style.”

Originally released last spring, Farm Table: Patersbier is a 4.7% abv Belgian-style ale with the following description:

Milder than a dubbel or tripel, Patersbier (“Father’s Beer”) – or sometimes referred to simply as a “single” – was traditionally brewed by Trappist monks to enjoy within the walls of the abbey while they worked away at brewing their famous strong ales. Patersbier is also known for its blond colour and sweet honeyed malt aromas. This session ale’s 17 IBU bitterness balances its initial malt impressions, while peppery notes from the Belgian ale yeast contribute playful complexity and a clean finish.

Farm Table: Patersbier is now available at Beau’s retail store and BYBO delivery service, LCBO locations in Ontario, and select grocery and corner stores in Quebec. Distribution to British Columbia and New York State will follow later this month.
