Fairweather Brewing Opening This Friday in Hamilton

HAMILTON, ON – Fairweather Brewing has announced via Facebook that it will be opening its tasting room this Friday (May 26th) in Hamilton, Ontario.

Founded by partners Ram McAllister (previously of Hoyne Brewing), Brent Milcz (previously of Boshkung Brewing), and Dan Ryan, Fairweather is located at 5 Ofield Road in the city’s Ainslie Wood neighbourhood. Beer sales will initially be limited to samples and pints to be consumed on-site, as the brewery is still awaiting final approvals for bottle and growler sales.

Full details on the beers that will be available at opening have yet to be announced, but in a quote for Ontario Beverage Network, McAllister said the following:

Our initial offerings will be on a limited release basis and will include mostly Belgian and American style ales along with several mixed fermentation and barrel aged offerings. Whether bright and hoppy, rich and dark, subtle and elegant, or any other combination of characteristics, beer at its best is a transcendent experience, and one that we are deeply committed to sharing.
