Cameron’s Releases Foeder-Aged Boreal Inspired Wild Ale

OAKVILLE, ON – Cameron’s Brewing has announced the release of the second beer to be aged in its foeder, following the award-winning New World Saison that was released in February.

Boreal Inspired Wild Ale is a 7% abv ale described as follows:

Cameron’s Boreal Inspired Wild Ale is brewed with a blend of truly unique ingredients native to the boreal forest – rye malt, piney hops, juniper berries and hand-foraged cloudberries from Quebec. The result is a complex balance of pine, juniper and wild yeast funk drifting in and out of the cloudberry, white wine and bubble gum essence. The soft spiciness from the rye harmonizes with the foeder’s oak presence and adds a subtle tangy finish.

Boreal Inspired Wild Ale is available now in a limited run of 473 ml cans selling for $4.95 at the Cameron’s retail store and select LCBO locations.
