Eastbound Brewing Launching First Beers & Crowler Fills This Weekend

TORONTO, ON – Three months after the opening of its restaurant and bar operation in Toronto’s Riverside neighbourhood, Eastbound Brewing has announced that its house-brewed beers will be available for the first time this coming weekend.

Located at 700 Queen St. E. near Broadview, the brewpub has been founded by a team that includes brewmaster David Lee (previously of Kensington BrewingMill Street & Grand River), his wife and chef Tara Lee (previously at Bar Hop Brewco), brand lead Adam Stiles (popular TV meteorologist on CityNews and longtime craft beer lover), and managing partner Dave Watson.

Inaugural Eastbound brands including Double Dry Hopped-IPA, Pale Ale, Saison, Hefeweizen, and Porter will be available on tap and in 950 ml Crowlers starting at 4:00 PM opening time on Saturday July 22nd.

This weekend will also see the launch of brunch service, starting at 10:00 AM on Sunday July 23rd and Sunday July 30th, and on Saturday and Sunday each weekend starting in August. Brunch will be available until 2:00 PM, followed by a short bar menu from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, and full dinner service from 4:00 to 11:00 PM.
