Saulter Street Brewery Opening Friday in East Toronto

TORONTO, ONOntario Beverage Network reports that the newest brewery on the east side of Toronto will be opening this Friday August 4th.

Saulter Street Brewery is being launched by owner John Sterling and brewer Peter Kufeldt, and will be offering a single flagship beer to start – Riverside Pilsner – which is a Czech-style lager made with “locally sourced small batch malts with a healthy dose of Saaz hops to give it a spicy bite.”

Riverside Pilsner will be available in cans and on tap in the Saulter Street retail store and taproom at 1-31 Saulter St., as well as at select licensees in the area. Limited small batch beers will also be available in the taproom soon.

For more details, see the Saulter Street Brewery website and Facebook page.
